Returns & Exchanges

WE ACCEPT EXCHANGES ONLY. WE DO NOT OFFER RETURNS.

Our exchange policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since you've received your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unused and in the same condition in which you have received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you need to exchange your product for the same item, due to damages or defects, please promptly email us at:

and mail your item to be replaced to:

Beam Bold Returns, 5B1, Man on House, 151-163 Wan Chai Road, Wan Chai Road, Hong Kong.

Items which have been customized, i.e. items which have been shortened, lengthened or size adjusted cannot be exchanged.

Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of receipt of your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. 

If your return is approved, your exchange will be processed, and a replacement item will be sent to you in 7-10 working days if item is in stock or 2-3 weeks if production is required.

Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

Shipping 
To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to arrive, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
