I was born on the Caribbean islands of St. Vincent and the Grenadines but was raised in Brooklyn, New York. I am an expat currently living in Hong Kong for fourteen years. My passion for travel has taken me to 76 countries across 6 continents. Although I enjoy seeing much of the world, I have a strong connection to the African continent so I frequently travel there. This should explain why my ideal meal would be; jollof rice wrapped in a roti with some dim sum on the side. 🙂
