I was born on the Caribbean islands of St. Vincent and the Grenadines but was raised in Brooklyn, New York. I am an expat who has lived in Hong Kong for the past 15 years. My passion for travel has taken me to 76 countries across 6 continents. Although I enjoy exploring all regions across the globe, I have a strong connection to the African continent, so I frequently travel there. I also feel at home in mainland China, where all our vibrant pieces are made.

I haven't always been a fashion designer. I’ve spent most of my career working as a banker in New York & Hong Kong. A few years ago, I took a career break to pursue a full-time MBA. That led me to a 6-month solo road trip across Africa and, ultimately, to a career I truly love.
